Product Details
4/20 mm Shingle is a uniformly graded flint aggregate designed for efficient drainage and pipe bedding, particularly for larger diameter services. Also known as 4/20 graded shingle/gravel, pipe bedding and drainage aggregate, its free‑draining nature makes it suitable for trench drainage and surface dressing where water movement and ease of placement are essential.
The rounded particle shape allows quick installation without heavy compaction. While not intended for load‑bearing applications, 4/20 mm Shingle is manufactured to meet BS EN 13242 and BS EN 12620 standards to perform reliably wherever permeability and consistent grading are required.
