Product Details

Sourced from high-quality flint, 10/20 mm Shingle offers a consistent blend of sub-angular and rounded particles. Its grading makes it particularly suitable for bedding pipes with a minimum diameter of 140 mm, ensuring both structural support and efficient water flow. The aggregate’s free-draining nature also makes it a strong performer in drainage trenches and as a surface dressing, helping to prevent water build-up on site.

While this shingle does not interlock, and is therefore not recommended for applications requiring a compacted, stable surface, it excels wherever drainage is the primary concern. Manufactured to BS EN 13242 and BS EN 12620 standards, our 10/20 mm Shingle provides excellent quality and compliance. Also known as 20 mm gravel, pipe bedding, and drainage aggregate.
