4/20 mm Cleanstone is a clean, angular aggregate graded from 4/20 mm and supplied free from fines, providing excellent permeability alongside reliable structural support. Its open grading allows water to pass freely through the material, making it well suited to use as a base or intermediate layer within permeable paving systems (SuDS), where effective drainage and load distribution are essential.

This aggregate is also commonly specified as infill for ground reinforcement and grid systems used in parking areas and tree root protection, as well as a bedding layer beneath permeable paving. The angular particle shape contributes to stability while maintaining open voids for water infiltration, helping to manage surface water without compromising strength.
