Kiln dried sand is washed and oven‑dried to become free‑flowing, allowing it to be brushed deeply into narrow block joints without clumping. Once compacted, it locks paving in place while still allowing surface water to pass down through the laying course. This maintains appearance and reduces ponding.

It’s a non‑staining, buff‑coloured silica suitable for most block colours. Because it is dry, application is fast and clean, and typical coverage is ~ 5 – 7.6 m² per 25 kg (depending on block thickness and joint width). For best results, store sealed and keep dry before use.
