Product Details

0/4 mm Dust is a finely crushed rock aggregate graded from 0/4 mm, offering excellent compaction and a smooth, controlled finish. Sometimes referred to as Grano Dust, it is primarily used in asphalt production, where its fine grading contributes to a workable mix and consistent surface quality. It is also commonly specified for blinding rough or open‑textured sub‑base layers, creating a stable and level platform prior to the installation of further construction layers.

The controlled grading allows the material to be placed and compacted easily, making it suitable for bedding applications beneath artificial sports surfaces and lawns, as well as for use in specialist floor finishes and screeds. In addition, 0/4 mm Dust can be washed to produce a coarse graded sand or blended for use as sharp sand, providing flexibility across a range of site requirements.

Produced in accordance with BS EN 13043 and BS EN 13242, 0/4 mm Dust is a compliant and reliable solution for fine aggregate applications where consistency and performance are essential.
