Day Aggregates has been named as one of the BMF and Builders’ Merchants News “50 Suppliers Over 50,” recognising companies that have supported the building materials sector for more than half a century. 

Part of the prestigious Top 100 initiative, delivered in partnership between the Builders Merchants Federation (BMF) and Builders’ Merchants News (BMN), the award celebrates organisations with a long-standing contribution to the industry, highlighting those that have demonstrated resilience, innovation, and consistent service over 50 years or more  

As a long-established supplier to Builders’ Merchants across the South, this recognition reflects Day Aggregates’ enduring role within the construction supply chain and its ongoing commitment to quality, service, and sustainability. 

Jonathan Day represented the business at the Top 100 gala dinner hosted at The Belfry, where leading merchants and suppliers from across the sector came together to celebrate the industry’s shared legacy. 

The event acknowledged the importance of businesses with strong foundations, while also recognising the role they continue to play in shaping the future of construction.
