Key Responsibilities
- Support Internal Sales Manager and working as a team in the sales office
- Take customer calls
- Quote entry using web-based CRM system
- Follow up on quotations with customers
- Monitor customer orders
- Logging complaints
- System management tasks on sales IT system
Person Specification
- Previous experience in a sales office-based position desired but not essential
- Must have an enthusiastic, pro-active and positive attitude
- Customer focused with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Good IT skills
- Background in the construction or aggregate industry would be beneficial but not essential

Working times/hours
42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 0700 – 1730 (as part of a shift pattern) including 1 hour unpaid for lunch.
Package
Annual salary plus the 9% employer pension contribution with Scottish Widows. You may be entitled to the discretionary Annual and Christmas bonuses. Annual leave of 29 days per year, including 8 Bank Holidays.
